 During this quarantine time it could be difficult to go out and relax, but we have to take advantage when open spaces are open, so here are some benefits of being in contact with nature: 

  • It reduces stress, being outside helps to disconnect. 

  • Favors creativity; observation arouses curiosity to learn new things

  • Increase concentration; outdoor activities help you relax and increase your focus on daily tasks.
