CRUDE OIL IN CRISIS

The SEC is looking up actions with respect to the U.S. Oil Fund as it has shown a drop since April. Wells' notice provided by the SEC limited the investment in oil contracts by showing the possibility that it will not be able to reflect a spot price. USO sold contracts for May and bought for June postponed before the collapse. However, in the following months the ETF would shift a large part of its capital to contracts with a later date. Following the suspension of new shares, distance was generated at the fund's business price and future oil access performance.
