MOBILE UNIT: COVID-19 TESTS FOR STUDENTS

Covid will be tested on the Washington State University campus for students who were in contact with the virus. Starting Wednesday, September 2, services will be provided by the Health Care Network through a mobile unit that will assist in 80 patients per day. This vehicle will remain for three days as part of the school programme Students will be able to attend without an appointment but respecting the security measures. The mobile will receive volunteers willing to answer questions and collect samples. It will also be enabled until a fixed site is found that provides the same possibilities.

  This week we had the opportunity to interview Lauren Stahl, a native American born in Michigan, who has lived there all her life. She gave us some insight about what she does for a living and her current studies. Apart from that, this was a particular occasion because it was the last interview of this different yet special year. Lauren has lived in Michigan all her life and has never travelled abroad. For this reason, she doesn't know any differences within cultures.   After a year of waiting and delays, the most famous racing competition finally  took place last weekend. Although, without a public and with a reduced number of teams due to the pandemic. The so far invictus company Toyota has won the 88th competition of Le Mans, and it is the third time in a row. It was also a third consecutive win for driver Sebastien Buemi and Kazuki Nakajima driving. In second place arrived the Rebellion car. Sadly, this was the last year that Rebellion participated in the WEC (World Endurance Competition), and Toyota was left as the only champion in the WEC series.
