ARE THE KIDS COMING BACK TO SCHOOL?
In the middle of the debate between the Nation and Ciudad de Buenos Aires about the protocols and a possible return to school, the education minister Soledad Acuña said she had seen progress in the discussion and had talked about the barriers to do it.
She talked with Nicolás Trotta and there are some differences between the “how and when”. She presented a protocol but they ended up proposing to use open places and she agreed.
There are two important things: the first one is to establish priorities, so the first ones to come back will be the 6500 kids that couldn’t follow online lessons. The second one is that they both think it’s necessary to come back to classrooms, but they also agree that isn’t the time to open all schools all day but they will define epidemic indicators to see when the step could be taken.
