SCHOOL TRIPS ARE NOT CANCELLED

This news is from July 24, 2020 and refers to  school trips in the province of Mendoza Argentina. Due to the pandemic the world is facing, many of the school trips have had to change their destination. Senior school trips continued to be paid in hopes of not cancelling them. 
This is why there are schools that have had to change the destination of their trips, such as Camboriu, Brazil to local destinations. Luán Fernández, head of Wolf Travel Student, stressed that in Spain and Italy there is already internal tourism, and it could be a solution for the trips of graduates in Argentina. Instead, the elementary trips were rescheduled for the summer or for the year 2021. Mauricio Ruiz, from Be Fun Travel Mendoza, indicated that all the trips are valid for the summer. (Rosa I. To begin with, even though governments´ aid has benefited the lower class, the vast majority of the economically active population struggles to make ends meet and, therefore, starts to close down their businesses while CABA begins to reopen their economy.   On the morning of October 27 we were given the opportunity to interview Mr. Yamamoto, a young man who used to attend our school and is currently living in Tokyo, Japan. Nicolas had plenty of experiences and culture shocks to share with us, and from which we could all learn.   This week we had the opportunity to interview Lauren Stahl, a native American born in Michigan, who has lived there all her life. She gave us some insight about what she does for a living and her current studies. Apart from that, this was a particular occasion because it was the last interview of this different yet special year. Lauren has lived in Michigan all her life and has never travelled abroad. For this reason, she doesn't know any differences within cultures.   After a year of waiting and delays, the most famous racing competition finally  took place last weekend. Although, without a public and with a reduced number of teams due to the pandemic. The so far invictus company Toyota has won the 88th competition of Le Mans, and it is the third time in a row. It was also a third consecutive win for driver Sebastien Buemi and Kazuki Nakajima driving. In second place arrived the Rebellion car. Sadly, this was the last year that Rebellion participated in the WEC (World Endurance Competition), and Toyota was left as the only champion in the WEC series.
