COMERCIAL FLIGHTS DURING COVID-19
According to a Harvard study, if the proper measures are taken (such as using a mask and respecting social distancing) the chance of infection of Coronavirus in commercial plane flights is only of 0,013%. Many countries have established the obligatory installation of special air filters in operating planes.
In fact, the International Air Transport Association recognised this covid-19 period as the most challenging context for the industry of comercial aviation. Also the IATA suggested a sanitary protocol, in which necessary measures to prevent the spread of the disease is detailed . For example, wearing masks before and during the flight and taking the temperature of the passengers.
