Beirut, the city that is facing hell due to a massive accident
It all happened on Tuesday in the capital of Lebanon, when a shocking explosion ripped through Beirut, leaving a disaster wherever it passed. The exact cause is still to be found, but it is known that a big fire in the Port reached a big warehouse that was packed with chemicals, originating the huge explosion.
The accident had numerous consequences: 135 deaths and over 4000 people injured, apart from the structural damages of the city. The government is facing a huge reconstruction, which would cost billions of dollars. Luckily, the city is counting with the help of developed countries to overcome the situation, including France, Russia, Tunisia, Turkey, Iran, Qatar and the UK.
