Argentina´s short-live political truce threatens to crumble down

While opponents are saying that Fernandez´s government is threaten democracy, and pro-government turning a blind eye to said accusations, citizens as well as politics are not leaving room to debate; the so call grieta is growing exponentially among Argentina´s society.

In the middle of this discussion, with insults going back and forth from both parties, last Thursday Fernandez talked about Venezuela, calling for open and clear elections; being politically correct, the President neither acknowledged Maduro´s government, nor did he was in favor of Guaidó’s presidentship. Many believe that there is a hidden reason for this statement, Fernandez is trying to be on the same side as the U.S. government is when closing the debt negotiations.
