VIRTUAL WOMEN'S TOURNAMENT

During this pandemic context where athletes are affected because they can’t continue with their daily practice, new ways for training have been adopted.  Because of that, the Buenos Aires Basketball Federation has created a virtual female tournament through the zoom app, so that clubs can meet each other and have good time despite being in quarantine. 
The idea is that every club which participates should make a contribution of at least one non perishable food item for each player, and donate it to any institution from their city.

  On the morning of October 27 we were given the opportunity to interview Mr. Yamamoto, a young man who used to attend our school and is currently living in Tokyo, Japan.   This week we had the opportunity to interview Lauren Stahl, a native American born in Michigan, who has lived there all her life. She gave us some insight about what she does for a living and her current studies. Apart from that, this was a particular occasion because it was the last interview of this different yet special year. Lauren has lived in Michigan all her life and has never travelled abroad. For this reason, she doesn't know any differences within cultures.   After a year of waiting and delays, the most famous racing competition finally  took place last weekend. Although, without a public and with a reduced number of teams due to the pandemic. The so far invictus company Toyota has won the 88th competition of Le Mans, and it is the third time in a row. It was also a third consecutive win for driver Sebastien Buemi and Kazuki Nakajima driving. In second place arrived the Rebellion car. Sadly, this was the last year that Rebellion participated in the WEC (World Endurance Competition), and Toyota was left as the only champion in the WEC series.
