THE LOST PARADISE OF HUMAHAUCA

Argentina is full of landscapes that can´t be compared with any other country. From forests in the south, to mountains and arid climates in the north, you should definitely visit Quebrada de Humahuaca.

The Quebrada is a big valley in the Jujuy province of north-west of Argentina. Surrounded by several colours, lamas and arid flora, this valley is inhabited by villagers, who live in little towns nearby. Some examples might be Humahuaca, the most remarkable one, Purmamarca, Tilcara and others. These towns have less than ten thousand residents per one and live from the tourism and their friendly small markets.

One of the most impressive landmarks to visit is definitely The Hill of Seven Colours, which is a hill with seven layers of rocks or sediments, each of them is coloured with a different tone.
