THE TALENTED PAINTER

 A very talented painter was sent by the emperor to a distant and unknown province, which was recently conquered to bring painted paintings.The emperor wanted to get to know these remote places in this way.

The painter traveled a lot, visited and observed carefully all the places in the new areas, but returned without a single painting and without a Sketch back to the capital. The emperor was shocked and became very angry. Then the painter asked to equip a large wall canvas of the palace for him. The painter explained to him with the staff in his hand all the corners of the distant province: the cities, the mountains, the rivers, the forests…

When the description was finished, the painter approached a narrow path that came from the foreground of the fresco and seemed to get lost in space. The assistants had the feeling that the painter's body was entering the path, that he was gradually advancing in the landscape, that he was getting smaller and lost in the distance. Soon, a curve on the way hid him in front of her eyes. And immediately the whole landscape disappeared and the huge wall was bare...
