A SUSPICIOUS EVENT

The Russian opponent Aleksey Navalny was in flight from Tomsk to Moscow when he suddenly started to feel sick. The plane made an emergency stop in Omsk, where Aleksey was hospitalized. Two different laboratories, one from Omsk and the other one from Moscow, said that nothing strange had happened.

However, Navalny´s wife decided to take his husband to Germany, and the same day an ambulance plane was taking Navalny to Charité Universitätsmedizin hospital, in Berlin. There was clear support from German leaders to investigate the Navalny’s situation. What is more, the USA is concerned about the situation that is striking the opposition Russian party.

On one hand, there were statements from Mr. Peskov, Russia’s presidential spokesman not to hurry to think that he was poisoned, since it would not be the first time.. For example the Ukrainian president Viktor Yushchenko was poisoned with a chemical called TCDD-dioxin in 2004.
