MENTAL HEALTH IN CORONAVIRUS TIMES
What do you think that mental health is? According to google : Mental health is the level of psychological well-being or an absence of mental illness. It is the state of someone who is "functioning at a satisfactory level of emotional and behavioral adjustment".
The coronavirus pandemic must be so stressful, in this way we have to look after our mental health. We are constantly exposed to some news in the world that we don't often know how to deal with them.
Some news can make us anxious or depressed, they can make us think that this is never going to end.
So, think about it. If you have problems, if you feel depressed, anxious, sad, o tired all the time, you should ask for some help.
You are not alone. Everyone is in the same way, don't forget that we are in a pandemic and it is in all the world.
